Main Ingredient

1. Vitamin K2

- Vitamin K2 is produced by microorganisms in foods like natto and cheonggukjang.

- Vitamin K2 is divided into MK-7 and MK-4.

Particularly, MK-7, also called menaquinone, activates MGP (Matrix Gla protein), a vitamin K-dependent protein in the blood, which helps inhibit calcium deposition in the arteries. This makes it an essential nutrient for preventing arteriosclerosis and heart disease.

In the bone marrow, it activates osteocalcin, drawing calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed, thereby increasing bone density and promoting bone formation.

*** If you experience conditions like stroke, myocardial infarction, a tendency to bleed, or are taking anticoagulants, you should be cautious with foods rich in Vitamin K and consult a doctor before consuming them.

2. Vitamin D

- Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and is essential for bone formation and maintenance. It may help reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

- In addition to calcium absorption and bone health, Vitamin D supports the immune system and is used in various tissues throughout the body.

- Magnesium is required for the enzymes that metabolize Vitamin D to function properly.
