Main Ingredient

GABA (γ-AminoButyric Acid)
- GABA is a prominent inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.
- It is an amino acid that promotes metabolic functions in brain cells and plays a role in stabilizing nerves.
- When there is a deficiency of the enzyme that synthesizes GABA in brain tissue, the concentration of GABA in the brain decreases, leading to a reduction in inhibitory neurotransmission activity.
(Note: Glutamate acts as an excitatory neurotransmitter and is converted to GABA through the action of vitamin B6 and glutamate decarboxylase enzyme.)
- It increases the alpha brainwaves, associated with relaxed states, and reduces beta waves related to stress and anxiety.
- One of the most important functions of GABA is to alleviate stress and anxiety.

Montmorency Tart Cherry
- Montmorency tart cherries are known as the premium variety of tart cherries.
- They are rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C, anthocyanins, quercetin, and beta-carotene.
- They contain a significant amount of melatonin, a hormone responsible for regulating the biological clock.
- Melatonin content: Approximately 336 times that of spinach, 32 times that of broccoli, 20 times that of garlic, and 19 times that of grapes.

Melatonin
- Melatonin is a hormone produced by the brain, primarily at night, and it aids in the recovery of the biological clock.
- Melatonin production decreases gradually in the body after the age of 20, as the pineal gland in the brain responsible for its secretion deteriorates.
- Exposure to sufficient sunlight during daytime hours can help increase the levels of melatonin in the body.
